Father Ryszard
Fr.Ryszard (Richard) Wrobel was born in Swidnik (Poland) on the 17th of September 1964. His vocation to the priesthood came late in his life. He started his career working as helicopters engineer in his native city.
He then worked in hospitals as qualified nurse, this experience changed his life completely, in 1985 he decided to enter in a seminary at Oltarzew, where in 1992 he was ordained priest. He started his religious life in Ryn (Mazury) where he remain for two years, he studied psychology for five years at the Catholic University of Lublino (KUL).
He then worked for three years as teacher to the new priests in Wadowice and at Oltarzew for further two years. In 2004 he arrives at the Pallottine Fathers Parish Centre in Ostia (Rome) and since March 2005 he has been working at St. Peter's Italian Church in London.
